Behind the Scenes
This is a bit of a peek behind the curtain at how I made Worlds Beyond. I used a mix of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition along with some physical props and photography of.
The shuttle, which makes appearances during the Bright Universe sequence, was in fact an electric air freshener I bought from a charity shop. The spotlight was just a transparent drawing-pin tacked into the output hole of the air freshener.
The "aliens" started life as photography of glass marbles. I then used the Liquify effect in After Effects to warp them
